Common characteristics of this group include willingness to take risks, share learnings with colleagues, and inspire others. Which leader can you relate to in terms of role and accomplishment? Which leadership characteristic do you have in common with that leader and which do you need to cultivate? Describe a project for which you are inspired, and you believe could earn you a spot in this watch-list.
