[SOLUTION] Reflection on Semester
The minimum number of pages for your assessment is 2 pages the maximum is 4 pages. The Assignment You are asked to write a 2-4 page assessment at the end of the course that outlines your experience with learning about/being introduced to concepts and theories related to the study of gender and political violence. This final assignment is designed to provide the opportunity to reflect on your journey and to articulate it in written form. You are being asked to do two things in this assignment: 1. reflect on how your ideas or world view has evolved over the course the term as a result of what you have learned in class 2. articulate what impact this has/has not had on you as a student and perhaps as an advocate for social justice. Please note: The assessment does NOT ask you to make an argument for a given grade in the course; or on your thoughts about specific classmates or topic; or, to reflect on the instructor (the University administered course evaluations offer that opportunity). Guidelines ? Late papers will lose half a letter grade for each day that they are late. Please turn the reflection in on time. ? Please use a standard 12 point font, 1 inch margins, number each page and be sure that your name is on each page. ? Be sure to spell check and grammar check your final submission, AND to proofread it spell check is not a substitute. ? Strangely, you are not required to cite from course texts but you are certainly free to do so if it helps you articulate your ideas. ? Please note, this is not a group assignment. This is a personal reflection on your development however you understand it.
