Also, a firm must follow anti-discrimination laws for U.S. citizens it employs outside of the U.S. if the firm is based or incorporated in the U.S. or if a U.S. company controls it. However, U.S. anti-discrimination laws would not apply to non-U.S. citizens who work at a multinational firm outside the U.S. or its territories.Discussion Instructions A: Provide an initial response to all of the following:Identify a U.S. affiliated multinational company (MNC).a) Briefly describe what the MNC does?b) What is the MNC’s mission?
