What dissonances do you recognize between these ideal recommendations (Client Worksheets and eventually your Client Handout) and the reality of the general populations nutritional access and ability to make wiser choices? How does the topic and conversation surrounding nutrition come from a privileged perspective? 2. Food and nutrition is a basic life necessity Everyone deserves access to nutritious food. Investigate programs and difference makers – people/groups/organizations/non-profits that are creating positive options or filling the need the food access need, particularly in the current pandemic times. i.What selfless acts are people or groups carrying out during the time of need? What is occurring in your or your clients community centered around meeting food and nutrition needs of the population? Check out social media pages and websites such as: local newspapers, school districts, non-profits connected to food pantries, 211 Wisconsin, etc. List five of your findings and what actions/resources they are providing
