Reader Based Documentation Techniques

As the Documentation page explains, you are to write a short essay on whether you believe high school seniors who have received the required number of credits to graduate should be able to  do so even if it is before the end of their senior year. This is a formal essay in which you are demonstrating your ability to use the Reader-Based Documentation technique we have studied this week..  Below is a list of requirements to complete this assignment correctly: Have an introduction that outlines the topic and the problem.  (We have studied these components of argumentation already. Have a 3-Part claim that is the last line of the introduction paragraph. Discuss multiple reasons to support your opinion of “yes, they should graduate early” or “no they should not.” Use the research I provided in the Reader-Based Documentation handout — you do not need to do any outside research.  I have provided you research from all sides of the argument. Create a Works Cited page formatted correctly in MLA style (textbook page 149) Create a title for the essay — not the prompt or the assignment name
