Marijuana Policy Debate

Actually I have to write paper about marijuana policy. The topic of the paper is, “Should marijuana policy be set by the states or by the federal government?” the purpose of the papers is to get you to reflect on both sides of a debate and then present your own views, informed by outside research and evidence (at least 3 outside sources required). Please structure your paper accordingly, and discuss both sides of the issue as presented in the photos I uploaded them from the book . I want 4 papers and typed in a 12 point font, double spaced .
